We are looking for volunteers to help with the 17th Gold Concert Final
Gold Concert is a music contest for musicians with disabilities. About 10 groups of musicians with disabilities, won through sound source / preliminary contests in Japan and abroad from 100 groups, are to gather and aim for the Grand Prix at 17th Gold Concert Final. (Last year, more than 200 people including students participated as volunteers).
※We follow the guidelines on preventing infectious disease.
●Date & Time: November 21 (Saturday), 2020. Start around 8:00 ~ End around 20:00
Start and End Time are different depending upon volunteer work description assigned. Some volunteers work start from noon. If you would like to start volunteer from noon, please consult with us.
●Place: Tokyo International Forum, Hall C 【Maximum 1,502 seats】 (3-5-1, Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku)
●Work descriptions: To assist musicians with disabilities, Help the backstage, Reception & guide visitors, Equipment loading & unloading, Security, and Others.
※We may ask you to watch the concert and submit a report
※Experience not required. We welcome people with disabilities
※People who can use sign language, speak English/ Chinese/ Korean are all welcome
●Terms & Conditions of the Concert Day
Volunteer Insurance (in case of an accident, the organizer to contract collectively), light meals & drinks provided, but travel expenses are not paid.
●Volunteers application DUE date: by October 11 (Sun), 2020

●Volunteer Orientation Meeting: November 7 (Sat), 2020. 13：00～15：30
